PRIVACY POLICY
/// YOUR DATA, YOUR RIGHTS ///
Ponce De Le Rollin' respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or facilities.
We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for our loyalty program, complete a waiver, or contact us. We also collect standard website usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
Your personal information is used to process ticket purchases, communicate about events and promotions, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our website and business, including our ticketing partner SimpleTix and payment processor Square.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us at info@poncedelerollin.com. For questions about this policy, please reach out to us at the same address.
Analytics & Advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and advertising tools from Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the performance of our ads. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity may collect information such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, device and browser type, and general location. Sensitive form fields, including text entered into input boxes, are masked from Clarity recordings.
These analytics and advertising tools use cookies and similar technologies. When you book a party, we report the purchase amount and an order number to Google and Meta — never names, birthdays, or other personal details.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com and facebook.com/adpreferences, or block these cookies entirely through your browser settings.
SMS/Text Messaging
When you use our “Text Us” feature, we collect your name, phone number, and message content to respond to your inquiry via SMS. Messages may include responses to customer inquiries and general information about our services. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio, a third-party communications platform, to send and receive text messages on our behalf. Your information is handled in accordance with Twilio's privacy policy.
Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or reply HELP for assistance.
