Rink Attendants
Ponce de le Rollin' is looking for people to work as a team to create a memorable experience for our skate guests. Below is an outline of responsibilities that are expected of our team members. Each person must have great people skills, be able to work as a team, and address customers with a smile.
Customer Service:

Being friendly and approachable is most important. You must have a positive attitude while greeting skaters, answering questions for guests, and contributing to a fun experience.

Conflict resolution: You must be able to handle customer complaints calmly and escalate to management when needed.

Clear verbal communication: You must be able to explain pricing, rink rules, and promotions—especially under pressure during busy sessions.
Cash Handling and Point of Sale Software:

Focus on Accuracy: Able to train for cash transactions, card payments, and our sales software to process orders quickly and correctly.

Basic Math Skills: Comfortable calculating totals, giving change, and managing discounts without errors—even under the pressure of a busy session.

Attention to Detail: Capable of quickly, accurately, and energetically checking in each guest, ensuring correctly signed waivers, event attendance, payments, and concession orders.
Multitasking and Efficiency:

Able to work with speed and accuracy under pressure, juggling ticketing, concessions, and customer inquiries during busy sessions.

Possesses organizational skills to complete all duties during a shift.

Willing and able to train for all rink station responsibilities and work multiple stations during a shift.
Teamwork and Reliability:

Dependability: Our employees must show up on time and follow through on all duties requested during a shift.

Collaboration: Teamwork is essential to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Food Safety and Hygiene:

Basic food-handling knowledge for safe food prep and storage will be trained. All protocols must be maintained.

Cleanliness and maintenance procedures will also be trained. All protocols must be followed consistently.
